Classes start with a warm up of stretching and strength exercises, then moving on to learn several turns and climbing the pole!**When attending pole class, do not wear any lotions/oils as this is very dangerous by not allowing a safe grip on the pole.
Marielle has been dancing for the past 4 years here in Denver. What started as something to do in her spare time became a full time obsession pretty quickly. She has gained so much strength, physically, mentally, and emotionally from dancing and is so excited for the opportunity to share that with others.
