Prices

When buying a package, all classes must be used within 1 month of the first class taken

Unlimited Classes for 1 Month - $125

  • All classes are co-ed
  • Class sizes are limited. please sign up online to save your spot in class.
  • If you have to cancel a class, please email info@denverdance.net the scheduled class you were attending with 6 hours notice.
  • No refunds are made once classe/s,privates or parties are purchased.
  • You have 1 week to reschedule a class with 6 hours notice of having to reschedule. If 6 hours notice is not given, you will not be able to reschedule class.
  • Giving notice will allow anyone on a waiting list to attend a class.

Hip Hop

A fun, energetic class starting with a warm up consisting of hip hop dance grooves and stretching. Then learn a dance combination to a range of hip hop music from classics to the hits. A new dance is taught every class.

Hip Hop Cardio

This is a follow along class of hip hop dance groove steps that are repetitive and done at different tempos to a playlist of hip hop and pop songs.

Int. Jazz Funk

Jazz Funk, also known as Street Jazz, borrows a lot of movement from other dance styles. From ballet-modern-hip hop- to lyrical, jazz funk incorporates little bits and pieces of other dance genres and wraps into a funky style that is both fun and expressive.

Beginning pole

classes start with a warm up of stretching and strength exercises, then moving on to learn several turns and climbing the pole!

  • When attending pole class, do not wear any lotions/oils as this is very dangerous by not allowing a safe grip on the pole.
  • Bring a pair of shorts as you need skin to grip the pole for some moves

Swinging Pole

This is a mixed levels class for your first time on the pole or have experience on the pole. Learn how to swing and spin on this plying pole!

Intermediate/Advanced Pole

also begins with a thorough warm up, then learning advanced turns and inversions, pole experience is required for this class.

Aerial Basics and Beginners

This class is perfect if you are curious, new to aerial arts, or if you are looking to fine-tune the basic skills and proficiency you already have. Beginner and basics classes involve work with mixed apparatuses: silks/fabric and lyra (hoop). You will leave this class with a solid foundation of basic aerial skills, a list of basic and beginning-level aerial tricks, as well as increased strength, flexibility, and grace.

Only basic and beginner tricks are taught in this class. No intermediate or advanced tricks/techniques are taught.

The classes include a warm up, strength training, conditioning tips, and stretching. You'll learn at your own pace and interest level. Beginners will focus on proper body position, muscle usage, basic positions, and basic balances. As your strength and confidence increase, you'll be amazed at what you are capable of doing.

It is important to wear clothing that covers the backs of your knees and under your arms. You will want a shirt that can be tucked in to give your back protection. Long stretch pants or footless tights and a tight-fitting top are suggested. Tighter fitting clothing that gives you full range of motion is best. Shorts are not recommended, and loose clothing may get in the way.
